Hi all, just looking for some reassurance really. Am 6 weeks pregnant and the past week I've been really tired and a bit nauseous at times, my boobs have been rock hard and really sore and I've been super hungry. This morning when I got up I felt a bit sick, hungry and really tired. But as the day has gone on all of that has gone away, my boobs dont hurt and I feel mostly 'normal'

Is it normal for symptoms to come and go? First baby and I'm just stressing about everything. Meeting midwife next thurs and scan a week after that, feels like ages away!

Yep, completely normal for symptoms to come and go. I'm 11 weeks and some days I feel horrendous and other days not so much.

Yep, 10 weeks here and I have the odd good day then utter rubbish again, from 6-9 weeks mine were full on the first half of the week then tailed off the rest of the week, now at ten weeks I have nausea etc every day

Hey I'm almost 16 weeks and my symptoms have come and gone the whole time. Sometimes I've felt fine for weeks. Never had morning sickness but hunger, exhaustion and mood swings have defo come and gone. Don't worry and get a private scan to make yourself feel better if worried xx

I’ve gone through two pregnancies and yes completely normal. Sometimes, in the early stages, I actually forgot I was pregnant. It’s usually the late second trimester onwards where there’s no forgetting. Being pregnant can be surprisingly stressful as you worry constantly, I wish I could turn the clock back and tried to enjoy it more.
