Just that really… been caught up in the spiral of never ending testing following a miscarriage at 7 weeks last month. This would be my third baby - symptoms come and go and AF due in two days. I do not see the progression but DH does. I am rather pessimistic… thanks in advance for those who are interested in giving their advice/experience.

Hey op. Id definitely say that was progressing. Congratulations. Mine weren't even that dark the day of my expected period so id definitely say it's a good sign. Xx

LuckyWithMyLot · 03/02/2022 14:17

Congratulations!

Definite progression there. They usually say to wait 48 hours to see progression and you've got a darker line in just 24 hours.

I totally get the worry as I just had a mmc at 7.5 weeks.
My tests remained very dark, even after I miscarried.

So, now you've got a lovely positive, I'd step away from the tests xx

Definitely progression and I would say definite positives! crossing my fingers for you, good luck!

What makes you think its a chemical? The lines are getting darker.

Cakecakecheese · 03/02/2022 16:00

If it's the chemical the lines would be getting lighter, yours are getting darker.

Thank you so much for all your replies. I am sorry if I sound confusing - I guess that I can see the progression, but I wonder if they are enough. I am mostly worried about the symptoms coming and going as I remember being quite ill (and consistently) early on with my two. I am down with Covid atm which I suppose makes me feel less hopeful that my body can sustain a healthy pregnancy. Sorry for rambling but I appreciate your replies and it’s just a waiting game from now xx

When I had my chemical, it stayed faint, barely noticeable, and then I had my period.

Yours are definite lines and progression - really good luck and best wishes OP xxx

Congratulations @Doiwanttobeoutnumbered Can I ask, did you wait for a period before you ttc again? I’m 1 week post miscarriage and thinking about if and when to try again.

Doiwanttobeoutnumbered · 03/02/2022 19:57

@Nik84 thank you! Smile I am sorry to hear about your MC - we did but just because it was Christmas and I sort of wanted to enjoy the holidays without worrying too much and also wanted to make sure that my next period would “clear” everything (I miscarried naturally). I have to say I seemed very fertile the ovulation after MC. Good luck with your plans xx
