Uncomfortable/tight bump

I'm 13 weeks pregnant with my first. I know it's too early to have a proper bump but mine seems to have appeared overnight! It is huge and feels super uncomfortable - like skin feels very tight, especially on top (just under my ribs) and on the sides. It could just be bloating but it really doesn't feel like it (I had that earlier in the pregnancy). I feel like an inflated balloon that is about to burst, my skin feels so stretched out and tight. Standing up and walking feels super uncomfortable. Anyone else feeling the same? Is this normal? It only started a few days ago and all felt completely normal before then. It also doesn't seem to be appearing at certain times of the day (e.g. after meals), it's just always there now, feeling tight.

I am quite skinny (slightly underweight according to pre-pregnancy bmi, but just about in the normal range now) so it could be the bump showing as the baby is trying to find some space? Or is it just super crazy and persistent bloating that will eventually go away?

It has to be bloating, at 13 weeks the baby isn't trying to find a bit of space, it's still really small.
