Hello all, I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and was wondering if it I can eat peanut butter toast and prawn toast! Sorry I am having strange cravings'

Why wouldn't you? If it isn't on the NHS list to avoid then you're fine.

Yeah both are fine. Not together hopefully! Grin. I've had to stop myself from frantically googling everything and just rely on the nhs website otherwise I'd be driving my completely mad.

If you start Googling / listening to advice from relatives you'll drive yourself mad. I'm currently pregnant & was surprised to hear that one of my SILs didn't eat eggs for her entire (recent) pregnancy as someone told her not to Hmm
Another relative kept saying I shouldn't eat salmon or prawns.

It's all wellmeant but misinformed/outdated advice. The NHS website is up to date and factual.
