36+1 and currently been experiencing frequent but not regular tightenings all today and yesterday my usual braxton hicks are at the bottom where as these are at the top, the day before consisted of just aches and pains.. today I have woke up and she feels much lower and have wiped to see this my family think I have been losing bits of my plug for weeks as I know they can grow back but would like to know other opinions..
