Indigestion for 6 hours

Hi! I’m 15 weeks tomorrow. Since 10 weeks all my first trimester symptoms have gone (no more nausea or tiredness, and I am so grateful!!). Ironically I posted last night about the guilt of over eating yet here I am unable to eat today...

So suddenly today I feel awful. I was fine this morning, ate lunch at 12.30pm and straight after that I have had what feels like a huge rock in my upper abdomen, waves of nausea that are way stronger than anything I had in first trimester, occasional shooting pains in mid-back and indigestion. I haven’t been sick though. DH and step son ate the same thing for lunch as me so don’t think it’s food poisoning. BP is within normal range, but high for me.

I know that these are normal symptoms of pregnancy but they’ve come on so quickly and it’s been over 6 hours and I still feel awful. I’ve had some rennies and been drinking water but nothing much is helping.

Any advice on what I can do? I’m freaking out because I’ve felt so fine the past 5 weeks!

Drink fizzy water or tonic water.it will ease the indigestion. I get terrible heartburn. I also found Loveheart sweets help if I’m stuck.
