7 weeks sore boobs gone but still nauseous?

Hi all I am 7 weeks this is my 1st but yesterday my sore boobs went away still very much nauseous had a few twinges in the tummy is this normal? I have a scan on Wednesday so hoping all is ok any advice would be appreciated xx

Symptoms often come and go. I know it's hard but do try not to worry.
