Hi ladies! Does my scan look ok? I’m measuring bang on what I should be with an anterior placenta.. when I see other peoples scans, their little baba always looks like it has plenty room but my little boy looks a little … snug?? 😅

Mine looked very similar and I had an anterior placenta 🥰 x

Might be because your bladder was extremely full and that pushes baby right to the top of your stomach close your belly button area. Helps sonographer get the best view of baby for the scan x

Ahh that could be right actually as the sono lady did show me my belly button and also got me to empty my bladder to help get the gender 😅 x

This makes me feel much better! All my friends scans look nothing like this. Think I worry because my 12 week was so clear 🤣 xx

Aawwww, I think it’s more than likely why your baby looks so squished! My 12 week scan was crystal clear and my 16 week one was not as good either! I think hospital scans that we are invited are really clear in comparison to most private scans! I think your scan looks totally fine, I have seen a few scans that look like yours. Also, if there was anything wrong the sonographer would have mentioned it to you xx
