I’m really hoping somebody could help or offer some advice!
I’m about 6 weeks pregnant & went for a early scan today, they did a internal ultrasound and said they could see baby & a heart however the heart rate was a little slower than they’d like and to go in a weeks time for another scan.
My head is all over the place as they’ve said it’s basically 50/50 has this happened to anybody else or similar? Any advice or comfort would mean the world! I’m all over the place 😞

Hi, I'm sorry you are going through this. 6 weeks is early to see the heartbeat, what's your exact dating from the scan?

I don't have any advice but I know how quickly they are developing at this stage so it could be nothing, I also know from my extensive research (I'm 7 weeks very anxious) that at first they can't even pick up the bpm.

I’ve never been more anxious in my whole life… I conceived on NYE & last period was 14th dec so they’re saying 5-6 weeks which is about right, I think I turned 6 weeks today.
It’s just mind mess, they sit you down and say chances are 50/50 becayse the heart rate is weak but it’s so early I don’t know what to believe.
I now have to wait til Tuesday 7th for a scan to see/know anything more x

I completely understand. I'll so sorry you are going through this. I've been ttc since my daughter was born in 2001, so my miracle baby is so wanted but I'm so nervous too.

Try to keep yourself busy at the weekend, a nice long walk or anything to take your mind off it and stay off Google. Please update us on Tuesday x

Goshhhh it’s such a emotional rollercoaster isn’t it!!

We’re only a week apart! Hoping this week goes nice and quickly but equally don’t want to wish time away! I’ve read some positive stories so I’m holding onto all the hope I have at the moment x

I've spent hours on Google searching for every bad thing, it doesn't help.

Try to think it's only 3 days to get past then it's Tuesday.

It is a roller coaster, I have convinced myself of every worst possibility but I'm trying to think what will be will be.
