6 weeks cramping and spotting

Hi everyone, a little bit of background about my situation. I have a daughter who is 6 and a daughter who was still born in 2019. As you can imagine I’m beyond anxious about being pregnant!
I’m around 6 weeks pregnant and all day yesterday I had period like cramps. They lasted all day and into the late evening. I kept checking for blood and there was nothing all day, then I had some pink spotting in the late evening. No spotting today or cramps.
Has anyone had anything similar? I don’t remember this with my first 2 pregnancies

Hi OceanPearl, so I’ve also had my fair share of upsets with pregnancies so I know how worrying it is.
I’m currently pregnant and at 7 weeks 4 days I had slight cramping and spotting. Like yours it was only spotting but after a night of panic, I called our triage ward. Scanned the next morning and baby fine with a heartbeat. They couldn’t find any reason at all for the bleeding so totally unexplained.
I know it can mean the worst but the Doctor advised me it is more normal than you think.
