TMI sorry - Keep feeling like I've wet myself

I keep suddenly feeling like I've wet myself, I've ran to the toilet a few times terrified it'll be blood, it seems to just be clear discharge. It isn't constant but I'll get a rush of it around twice three times a day? Enough to need to change my underwear

I didn't have this in my last pregnancy, so it's caught me off guard. Is it anything to be concerned about? I did panic it might be waters but I don't think that's possible at only 10 weeks

My discharge was quite watery in early pregnancy and made me knickers quite damp. Not as much now, I’m 22 weeks now. I’d say it sounds normal but if it’s concerning you there’s be no harm chatting to your midwife about it.

It is pretty common. My friend who is due a few months ahead of me said 'welcome to the world of wet' Grin I've had this but it has eased up so if it continues to be a lot definitely tell your midwife.

Yup, spent 1st and 2nd trimesters always feeling slightly damp (watery discharge mainly but also do a little wee every time I sneeze etc, very bad when you have a cold!!). Gave in and now wear a pantyliner every day Grin

I had this with my first pregnancy but not my second. Really freaked me out. Was harmless and went away by the second trimester.

I had this too. I was to and from the toilet all the time in first trimester.
Petrified me everyday.
Wear a pantyliner

I had this with my second pregnancy (currently at 22 weeks) but not my first. The constant rushing to the loo was really stressing me out and I've been wearing pantyliners since as I've had some visible leaks.

Keep doing your pelvic floor exercises regularly. The first pregnancy ruined my muscles down there and the leaking has got worse Blush
