Any benefit to confirming positive LFT whilst pregnant

Got a strong positive LFT today, typically the day after I was supposed to have my booster (didn't as I felt ill). Is there any reason to confirm it on a PCR so it can be added to maternity notes etc?

Have you let midwife know? Depending on various factors, they might want you to take blood thinners.

I sent her a text earlier after I got the positive but no response yet - obviously she might not be working today. Do you think it's worth ringing?

Have you logged the positive LFT result?

You don’t need to get a PCR but you do need to register the positive LFT.

Our trust is asking pregnant women who test positive on a PCR to collect a pulse oximeter to monitor their levels so your midwife might advise similar. If you were due your booster it might be worth getting in touch with midwife to check no further monitoring they want you to look out for x

Thanks everyone. I gave maternity a call and they just advised doing a pcr to confirm. Seems like everywhere is doing it differently.
Not too worried about my oxygen levels as thankfully I don't have much in the way of respiratory symptoms. Worst symptoms are/were a terrible headache and back pain which I'v shifted with paracetamol.
