Unsure how far on I am

Hi, I found out on 23rd of January I am pregnant, I have pcos and very irregular periods, my last proper period was 21st October, i then had spotting for a week in December from 3rd-11th, I took a test during this week in December which was negative, my clear blue test the other day said 2-3 weeks which would make me 4/5 weeks but I'm not sure how accurate this is. I've been experiencing the exact same cramp I would get with my period, is this normal?

I'd go by the CB for now as they tend to be okay and quite frankly you don't have much else to go by!

Yeah I was kind of thinking that, I spoke on the phone to a sonographer this morning who said she thinks I'm 7 and a half going by the 3rd of December but I don't think that's right
