Rectocele/prolapse while pregnant

Hi ladies, desperately looking for some advice.

I'm 19 weeks pregnant and this morning had the constipation of my life. After an hour of very painful straining and fainting more than once I ended up curled up in a ball on the bathroom floor and had to perform a manual evacuation (horrendous and TMI but no one should ever have to go through this!!!!)

Once I was able to find the strength to stand again I noticed that my vagina is "bulging" and open. It's also really painful.

I'm so SO worried that this may have caused some damage to the baby and that I've somehow opened the cervix or pushed the baby down and I'm going to miscarry.

Would be really helpful to hear from anyone who's had a similar experience, but I will phone triage in a couple of hours too once I have the energy xxx
