How to increase energy levels - help I'm exhausted

Any advice on how to feel less exhausted and get a good night's sleep so I can work properly. I keep waking up all through the night.
I've tried going for long walks every day, warm baths, eating properly. I'm on medication for anaemia which started with pregnancy.
I had to go sick as exhaustion is getting too much.
What can I do?

How far along are you? I've had night waking intermittently all through this pregnancy, I'm 24 weeks now. It seems to come and go in waves, one week I wake up around 2-4am at least three nights and can't go back to sleep, and then the next I sleep like a log. I haven't found any rhyme or reason to it yet though. Recently though it's been back ache that's stopping me from snoozing longer if I wake up, and stretching and massage (massage ball and foam roller at home) helped a little, and now I'm trying if strength training would help too (when bump gets bigger it pulls pelvis into anterior tilt and glutes have to compensate by pulling it back up to keep the spine straight, so in theory stronger glutes would have an easier time doing that job and shouldn't get so tight and tense)

I'm 22 weeks - I had some back pain too which was also waking me up but the back pain has randomly eased. I just feel like I'm walking in a fog all the time and it's making me feel unwell and exhausted, hard to work and I'm not like that at all usually I'm very on it, so finding this quite hard :(

I had low iron levels before I found out I was pregnant and they’ve been up and down throughout my pregnancy. I’m 37 weeks tomorrow and unfortunately for me I’ve only just in the last week or 2 started to have more energy although I’m still rather tired overall. Hopefully you’ll feel better as your iron levels rise, this has been the case for me. But unfortunately this pregnancy I’ve pretty much had exhaustion and tiredness the whole way through
