34 weeks period pain

I’ve a history of very pre-term labour. I’ve been getting braxton hicks since about 15 weeks but since last night I’ve had period type pain in my lower back and, what I can only describe as fanny daggers, along with the usual tightenings. I’m having to pee more often too. Baby is still moving fine.
I’ve already been to triage about 10 days ago for increased BH and all was fine. Do I just ride this out or call triage? If I call triage they’ll definitely want me to go in due to my history, but I don’t want to be the pregnant woman that cried wolf again!

Definitely call triage, it sounds like it would be sensible for you to be assessed, especially with a history of pre term labour. Sounds similar to how my labours started.

Definitely call Triage, they would 100% would rather see you and it be nothing. Especially with your history they would want to reassure you!

Going to eat something first as I could be there a while!
All my labours have started the same with water breaking. That hasn’t happened so I’m not overly concerned. And I’m not in agony
