Really sore bump / tummy

Just looking for some reassurance really. I’m 26 weeks today and have been getting a really sore bump for a few days. Sore to touch, almost feels a bit crampy and bruised to touch. I’ve had the runs a couple of times after main meals which hasn’t helped the nasty crampy feeling, and I’m not sure why. Baby seems to be moving fine, but my stomach is v uncomfortable upon palpating. Worrying about nothing or something to get checked out?

I’ve complained of a sore bump to the drs / midwives previously and they have just put it down to PGP but I’m not sure…

Is it sore all over? I'm 26 weeks tomorrow and funnily enough the last two days I've had a really sore bump too. Mine is on the lower right, so I assume round ligament pain.

Yes sore all over, so not sure if it’s just ligament pain

Hmm could you call triage? I'd not be happy about leaving it. Although I'm sure baby is fine, I'd want to know what it actually was!

I've had bruising-type pain on certain areas of bump before. It feels a but like everything is really tight and stretched there.

There's always one spot on my tummy that I consistently bump into the kitchen work top when reaching over the sink, etc. Not hard, but just always the same spot. Especially since bump has grown bigger.

Could it be something like that?
