In scan limbo atm, to see if I've had a mmc as suspected or whether there is still hope (latter seems to be me only not the health professionals).
By LMP I would be 7 weeks today. At a scan yesterday I was measured as having 2 sacs both "less than 5 weeks"- they were 8.3mm and 8.6mm. The only reason they didn't confirm miscarriage yesterday is because they saw something in one of the sacs that looked like it could be an early yolk sac so been given another scan 10 days from current one to see what happens. They seemed sure it will be non viable at next scan and told me as much.
I'm trying to believe I could be much earlier (2 weeks earlier?!) than dates suggested by LMP, but the problem with that is I used a CB digital OPK this month and did get a static smilely. I assumed ovulation happened approx one day after I got the static. So to have the tiniest possibility of dates being wrong, I would have to have ovulated much later than the static smilely suggested.
Has that actually happened to anyone?? You got a static smilely and then subsequent BFP so assumed you ovulated at time of static smilely, only to have different dates when you had your ultrasound? Specifically, anyone conceived days or even a week or more after static smilely suggested you did?
I know I should just accept the worst, but my heart is being so stubborn to find any shred of hope 😳.
