Nasal spray

Has anyone used a nasal spray during first trimester and had no issues? I am seriously panicking. I've been using Sudafed nose spray for a blocked nose and didn't know until today it may be harmful. I feel so stupid and can't stop worrying and googling. I'll not be using it again but just wondering if anyone else used it and had no issues. Thank you x

I did. Just sat watching my 7 year old play football. You’ll be fine, just save it for when you’re really really desperate and get a saltwater one for the rest of the time.

I used otravine when I was about 6 weeks. I'm now almost 13. I wouldn't worry too much. Just don't use it again and you'll be fine
