6 weeks 2 days scan worry

I thought I was 7 weeks almost 8 went for an early scan measured at 6 weeks 2 days. Was a sac but no yolk. Been referred for an internal scan. And to rule out etopic pregnancy. Any tips???

You may have ovulated later than you thought or could be experiencing a missed miscarriage. I went at 8 weeks and saw the same, unfortunately mine was a missed miscarriage 😢
