8 weeks pregnant and spotting on cyclogest

I am 8w 1d pregnant and I have been prescribed cyclogest as I have had two previous MMC.
Tonight I've had some spotting and I'm getting really worked up about it, has anyone else ever had this problem while using cyclogest ? Or should I be concerned ?

There are a lot of people who spot even with cyclogest and some even spot right to the end of pregnancy.

You should get it checked out just to put your mind at ease. But I’ve read about a lot of women on mumsnet who have been spotting and baby is perfectly healthy

I did have a tiny amount of spotting - apparently it can irritate everything up there. Was only for a couple of days but I remember being terrified. DS is now 9 months.
