31 weeks pregnant had blurry vision followed by migraine

Hello everyone! I m 31 weeks pregnant and last night I started having blurry vision and lights it was very very uncomfortable, I immediately checked my blood pressure and it was 138 / 72, and then when I checked again it was 115/70..... My blurry vision lasted for 20 to 25 minutes.... Followed by migraine.... I called triage, they told me to check bp again, I checked it was 133/ 72.... They said to have water, take paracetamol, eat something, and if all this happen again in an hour then come to the triage, and if not, then you don't need to come
After that my BP was constantly normal 115/70,
110 /70 but I had the headache
The thing I m worried about, they should ask me immediately come and to get checked for pre eclempsia but they didn't..... This thing bothering me.... What was that blurry vision then? And slight increase in BP? Does anyone experienced that??

Could be a migraine with aura or optical migraine. I get the visual disturbance but without the migraine pain

I've had this this pregnancy - I get floaters and blurry vision and it's difficult to focus. Then I get pins and needles in my face, mouth and hands followed by the headache. I went to triage once with it and it was an aura to a migraine. I've never had it before.
