I’m 22 wks pregnant and I’ve had a bit of a rough week feeling rubbish with low blood pressure, and making myself feel worse with anxiety. Whenever I eat anything I feel so full and sick. I feel really thirsty but even drinking makes me feel full and it all repeats on me iykwim.
Probably just having a moan. I feel fed up, any tips for eating and drinking/foods that help digestion? I’m vegetarian but have no allergies x tnx
