18weeks preg belly hard on one side

Hiya so my belly has been going hard on one side happened most of the day yesterday and had some cramping is this anything to worry about

Hi @nikita22 I'm 18 weeks pregnant and getting the same thing on my left side I asked my midwife about it and she told me not to worry it will be ligaments and uterus stretching to make room for your bambino to move about more if your still worried about it give your midwife a phone to put your mind at ease.

@Dee2349 thank you! Happy to know I'm not the only one and it's nothing to worry about, I gave my midwife a call this morning but she didn't answer at least now I can be stress free till she calls back

@nikita I've stressed about every twinge and everything else that goes with pregnancy for 18 weeks it's so hard not too I find this app amazing it puts alot of things I stress about at ease.

@totalwasteofpaper I cant even do normal yoga never mind baby yoga but it might be worth looking into.

I had this during an ultrasound at 20 weeks. They showed me on the screen Braxton Hicks happening and the baby moving from one side to the other when I rolled side to side (they had me move around to get better images). Completely normal, and fascinating to watch!

@Dee2349 yeah the app is ready only just found it two days ago and been on it non stop 😂
@Totalwasteofpaper been told to bed rest for couple of days as lost but of mucus plug to early but soo as I'm better I'll give yoga a go 🤭
