Has anyone had a vbac third time?

Third baby had two emcs, this is my last and final baby would like to at least try for a natural birth as it's something I'm never going to experience otherwise. Consultant is pushing for c section!

Has anyone else done it?

I think it's important despite responses you get here - to listen specifically to what your consultant is saying as they have your full medical history?
Why did you have two emcs- what 'caused' them both? If both were for breech for example then there's a decent enough chance baby will be in beat position this time. But without insight as to why you've had two EMCS it's hard to make anyone else's experience relevant to you. When we're the births? How many years between each birth and this one coming up?

She has said because I've had two emergency c sections they usually do planned for third? My first son was born 2016 and he got stuck at 8cm then my daughter born 2018 I was induced but labour didn't progress. My BMI is 30 which is slightly higher.

The hospital I am going to has a had a huge baby death scandal so I am wondering whether they are trying to avoid any other issues.

I was told in my VBAC appointment that if I was to have a section this time they strongly recommend you have a section for your third, just to manage the increased risks. But as with everything it's your decision and you need to weigh up any pros and cons.
