Bad cramps at 4/5 weeks

Anyone else had quite bad period type cramps at 4/5 weeks? I’ve had quite a few chemicals this year and i think this will be another sadly, although pregnancy tests have a very strong line this time.

Hi I had one sided cramps at 5+3. Called EPU went in and they examined me everything looked and felt fine but they also booked me a scan for 2 days later. I know cramping is so so common so early but if it’s worrying you just phone them and ask to be seen I know our EPU in Liverpool is brilliant at seeing people no referral from GP needed. Oh and just to say all is good am currant 19+6 for my 20 week scan tomorrow I even had spotting and a little bleed after this xxx

I've had 2 recent scans due to cramps at the EPU. Most don't let you self refer I had to get referred by my GP.

I had that. Kept thinking it was going to be game over but it came to nothing and everything was fine!

Yes - and it continued on / off until like 11/12 weeks from memory! Freaked me out! I am now 27 weeks and all is well so far 🤞🏼 xx

I keep getting cramps, like a dull ache or period cramp on the left side

The fertilised egg implanted on the left side of my uterus, I know I ovulated from the left ovary.

I'm assuming it's normal. I hope. I had a scan on Monday and all was well at 5w5d and I saw the heartbeat. I'm 6w1d today according to the scan

Thank you. I know we can self refer to our EPU as i did with one of my miscarriages but i don’t want to go down there if everything is ok
