I have severe back pain and I am 4 months pregnant. Kindly suggest some good exercises, please!

Swimming! I'm a little bit further along than you and honestly it feels so good. I also stand in the pool at the end and do lots of stretches, which is nice too.

Also go to an osteopath or physio for the back pain.

Perhaps try a pregnancy yoga/Pilates class? That’ll help with any back or joint pain and they’re specifically geared towards pregnant women so won’t be too strenuous.
