I am 11 weeks pregnant, work in the NHS and have seen a job role I have been waiting for . I really want to apply but dunno where I stand financially with maternity pay. Also will they even want me because I'm pregnant 😩 bad timing

Is the role you want still in the NHS? Is it in the same or a different trust / health board? If so, it's worth checking the maternity pay policy, as a lot go by continuous NHS employment rather than a particular job role. They can't legally discriminate against you based on pregnancy, so if you want the job and the pay aspect is feasible, go for it!

It's still in the NHS , different health board .

That might still be covered by the maternity pay policy, it's worth checking. They have to cover, eg, junior doctors moving between health boards on training placements.
