Pregnant after stopping the pill?

Hi, looking for some advice! I stopped taking the combined pill on the 6th January, had sex on the 9th and haven’t had my withdrawal bleed since! On the 15th I had incredibly light spotting for around 2/3 days that I’m convinced was implantation bleeding. I’m dying to know but have no idea when to test, 9th was the first time me and partner have had sex in a long time so if I am it must be from this date! I have no idea when to take the test as I don’t have typical periods as I took the pill constantly without breaks as my periods were so bad.
It’s not normal for me to have no withdrawal bleed as usually any time I miss even one or two pills it will start!

Any advice would be appreciated, I tested today but got a BFN but really have no idea if it’s way too early to tell if I conceived on the 9th or 10th?

Ty xx

Think you normally would wait at least 2 weeks from the day you had sex before testing
