Loss of pregnancy symptoms

Hey everyone, I'm hoping you can share your pregnancy symptoms experiences.

I'm 6+2 weeks today and I'm worried sick that something isn't right. I haven't had morning sickness or nausea at all. My boobs have been very sore up until 2 days ago and now they feel almost normal again. I had period cramps at just over 4 weeks when my period usually would have been due (but I've read that this can be down to implantation). I've had all I can describe as a really achy, weak feeling back with sharp shooting pains down my legs from about 5 weeks until a couple of days ago. Around the time when my period was due I had diarrhoea for 2 days but thankfully that went after that and hasn't returned.

I'm just really stressing myself out and feel like something has gone wrong. I have an early reassurance scan booked for this Sunday but I'm expecting to get there and be told that the baby has stopped growingConfused

Please can anyone share their early pregnancy experiences so I feel less alone? X

Have you tried calling your local early pregnancy unit? They normally can scan you pretty quickly. I've always been seen same or next day.
I have had 3 pregnancies, the first one no symptoms in early pregnancy and everything was fine.
2 pregnancies after I had lots of symptoms and both ended up being miscarriages.

Everyone is different so try not to worry too much about what symptoms other people had. For me no symptoms seems to be a better sign which is very odd!

I really hope you have a good outcome at your scan @mol2mum.

Since you asked for peoples' experiences, for me loss of symptoms has not been a good sign. It happened to me last year- sudden loss of a fair few pregnancy symptoms such as nausea- and I ended up having a mmc.

Technically I am meant to be 6+3 today with current pregnancy. However, I had a private scan on the weekend due to loss of symptoms and it showed 2 empty sacs so looking like a mmc again. Currently waiting for another scan in a week's time to get confirmation.

I couldn't bear not knowing so went for the scan. If you can hold out, maybe wait till you are at least 7 weeks as things are clearer then. Otherwise all the best for your scan xx

Have you found your local EPU willing to scan you over an issue such as loss of symptoms @EmLouisexx? Mine refuse to see you unless you are bleeding so they're not much help in a situation like this.

@GirlMama21 Yeah the EPU were great when I had a MMC last year, they got me in when I explained my symptoms were getting less and less. I had a scan the next day.
Its a shame all EPU do things differently!

I had a similar panic at around 6 weeks when my boobs stopped hurting and my sickness went away for a couple of days. I am 17 weeks now with a growing bump and all scans indicating that baby is healthy. I didn't contact my EPU because at 6 weeks they will only see you if bleeding so I had to wait it out - a couple of days later the nausea was back with a vengeance.

Symptoms can really fluctuate day to day especially in early pregnancy so it could also (hopefully) be that there is absolutely nothing wrong x
