A bit of a long one so bare with me.
I was bed ridden my whole pregnancy due to just pregnancy not agreeing with me at all😰 everytime I moved I was sooo out of breath I put this down to fitness after being bedridden the whole 9 months (literally toilet & back) that’s all I did.
I had a planned C-section on the 21/12 my little one is now 4 weeks old.
I did have low iron which was only picked up after birth, I had ferinject iron infusion on Christmas Eve and was told to go back New Year’s Day for a second one which I did, although on arrival my obs were checked and my BP was through the roof so much so they admitted me again.
I had lots of BP meds to bring it down and was monitored overnight.
The doctor said the next morning I could go at 6pm on the 2nd jan as long as I have regular BP checks with the GP and arrange to be weaned off my tablets (LABETALOL). My breathlessness has gotten much better but I’m still breathless to the point I’m scared to do too much like go out I find I’m only managing a few bits on my own before sitting down to rest again.
Now could this be a long term problem I’ve actually tried to Google but so much comes up I have no idea 🤷🏻♀️ or could this literally be a fitness thing which will take me ages of progress to get back to what I was Atleast.
I also have chronic fatigue syndrome which probably hasn’t helped the amount of rest I’ve had.

I should also add, I am overweight which probably adds fuel to the fire.
