Not felt baby yet at 21 weeks

Feeling a bit worried as not felt my baby yet, or maybe I haven't but not realised. No kicks but sometimes in middle of night I have a weird feeling in my stomach, can't even describe it. People I know who are pregnant felt baby at like 18 weeks and worrying I'm not. My 20 week scan was all normal though so that's good.

When did you start knowing you felt baby?

I definitely didn't feel baby until well after 20 weeks.... maybe 24/25 weeks I started feeling flutters. It felt like like air bubbles popping at first it was so slight and then as she grew there was no mistaking the kicks and elbows :-)
It will come, i know it's so hard not to worry about things when you're pregnant. Sending love x

@Lilybow it can depend a lot on where the placenta is and which way around the baby is facing. maybe your placenta is over your tummy, shielding you from feeling kicks, or maybe the baby is facing your back to it is kicking inwards rather than outwards.
The scan is the most important thing so try not to worry.

All agree with these comments! So true! I was pregnant for first time last year and I was concerned too. I started to feel something around week 25-28. It was like previously said, little flutters in your tummy. Like being tickled?! I found wearing something tight across my tummy, like maternity dress etc would mean I could notice the flutters more. I would also lie on my left side and for it to be quiet. It will come though.
