I'm 25f, 4'11, bmi 20 pre pregnancy currently 21 weeks.
Yesterday I ate
Crunchy nut cornflakes topped with a muller corner and a banana
Cheese sandwich with Doritos
Almond milk latte and 3 sweets
Flatbread with quorn pieces, veg and salad
Bowl of halo top with raspberries
Don't know what I weigh but my day typically starts at 4.30am whilst working. Whilst not working I wake up at 5-6 am (usually knackered by 9) and can't help but think I snack less if I ate later?
