Hi all I'm 17weeks pregnant, I'm constipated also and past 2 days been lotrally straining for a poop (tmi) today after a wee and poop I wiped my vagina and found wat I described in subject litrally 2 tiny pin prick dots of blood u wudnt notice if you didn't look. Has anyone else had this should I be worried.. I've felt baby today a few time very light pokes amd also checked heart on doppler this morning. Went back to toilet for another pee nothing g else in toilet roll so far.
