35 weeks - can I sleep sitting upright?

I know they tell you to sleep on your side, but i have really bad back ache today (middle of back not lower back) and Im struggling to lie down!

Is it ok to sit up, not 100% straight but I have 6 pillows behind my back, so definitely not lying down either?

I slept like that for the last three weeks of pregnancy due to reflux and hip pain.
