Blood clot after c section

Hi I had c section on the 10.02.2022
This morning I woke up to really bad cramp in my right calf twice this happened and it was awful I had these cramps in pregnancy but never postpartum
I have no swelling and it isn’t red either
I’ve been taken my injections to prevent blood clots if anyone has ever had one can you tell me what your symptoms were ?
I’m ringing the doctors in the morning or if it’s worse I’ll be going A&E

I would ring 111 now for advice or go to a and e so they can check you out.
Ive just been in hospital all week with blood results for possible pulmonary embolism. Thankfully it wasnt after further tests and scans but they wouldn't let me home until they could rule it out and put me on blood thinners while I was in hospital.
I went in with shortness of breath, racing heart and dizzyness/weakness. Dr a few days before had said it wad just iron levels low. Im home now but under further investigation.

Just to add im nearly 33 weeks pregnant.

Are you breathless? Do you have any chest pain? I would definitely seek advice.
