2 weeks post c section - elevated heart rate & dizzu

Heart rate is tracking on Apple Watch as 110 when sitting down & when I stand up can go as high as 170... yesterday felt dizzy & sick all day & had fever earlier in the week which I was told was milk coming in
Temperature 37.6

Negative for Covid
Has anyone had this ? Any ideas why?

Honestly, with that HR and the dizziness I would go to A+E tonight. Hope you are ok OP.

Please please go get checked out. Definitely sounds like infection or possibly blood clot somewhere?
