Breast pain 27 weeks pregnant

Hey, I'm not sure if anyone has any advice..
I've had on going breast pain for a while but recently it's absolutely AWFUL! It's only in my Right breast.
I have a few lumps in my armpit and my breast seems to be really lumpy / veiny.
The sharp/ ungiving pain is located just above my nipple and I'm suffering badly with rib pain.

Any advice welcome, I'm worried.

Didn't want to read and run! I'm 27 weeks and whilst I get the occasional sharp pain in breast it's not unforgiving.

I do think you should book an appointment with your doctor to tell them, especially about the lumps and the lump under armpit- they'll be able to help you and maybe refer you to make sure all is ok. x

Probably blocked milk duct by the pain..go check it with gp so they prescribe something
