Nubtechs and Nubologists

Hi all,
So out of curiosity I sent my 12+3 scan photo to Nubtechs and Nubologists. I'm not completely convinced by nub theory but thought it would be a bit of fun, particularly as I'm impatient and struggling to imagine my baby as a real person right now.

Nubtechs said boy with 85% confidence
Nubologists said girl with 85% confidence

From the same scan photo! I'm interpreting this to mean that the baby could be either and I'm fine with that, just wondering whether anyone else had experience with Nubtechs and/or Nubologists?

Have you tried Facebook groups? There's several nub theory groups where you can ask for opinions on your scan for free (for fun of course )

I’ve had the same issue! I was so convinced it was boy at first but now I’ve started to get quite a few girl guesses on baby’s nub in scan photo. I now have no idea what to expect!

I got back 90% confidence it's a girl with Nubologists!

We will hopefully find out on the 27th so will know then

I got a 90percent sure it was a girl from nubtechs. Private gender scan and 20week NHS scan show it is definitely a boy!

These conflicting guesses are making me even more interested! I'd be happy with either but right now it feels like I'm hosting a human that I know nothing about, especially as I'm now 16 weeks and don't feel pregnant at all (very grateful as my last pregnancy wasn't like this!). I'll find out in a week!

Op did you find out what you were having?

@Sheep90 what was the outcome? I’ve had a result from the nub techs but refund from nubologists as no visible nub🤦🏼‍♀️

All my comments on here and diff oages were girl guesses
nub experts £10 later sed 85% boy!

the experts said the nub was at an angle and pointing up i culdnt see it and neither culd anyone else.

Hmmm tough one as it looks like there is some stacking… im going to say girl though because of the length of the nub, with boys it tends to be shorter!

Just thought I’d add to this. I had my scan at 14+1, sent the Nubologists 6 photos and they had no idea so refunded me.

Guess I’ll have to wait until the 20week scan.

Looks similar to my scan photo - I got 85% certainty girl from nubologists and it’s a boy. I think it’s hard at this stage unless it’s a clear boy - as girly looking nubs can continue to develop into clear boy nubs, easier to check when scan pic is 13-14w!
