I'm 31 weeks and trying to be good and do my exercises. Rarely getting to 3 times a day tbh but once or twice and figure it's better than nothing.

With the fast/ pulsing exercise I sometimes reach a point where I feel like I can't relax in time, kind of like my muscles have frozen.

Has anyone else had this and is it a bad sign for my pelvic floor?? 🤔
