Blood clot help please tmi graphic photo

Hi everyone I had my c section on monday and I just got up and made myself a coffee went to toilet and passed this clot about 2/3 inches long is this normal I'll phone my midwife tomorrow but I'm freaking out

I didn’t have a c section but I definitely passed things like that post birth. Try not to worry. I freaked out too when it happened to me. Definitely give the midwife a call, sure she will reassure you.

I didn’t have a C section either but passed a clot about that size about 2 weeks post birth. It was really frightening as it looked too big to be normal but the midwife said it was nothing to worry about.

Yes, I had one about that size post c section which also freaked me out. The nurse wasn't at all worried.
Do speak to someone though for reassurance.
