Hello has anyone had issues waiting for a delivery with online4baby? I made an order for a v3 travel system on the 6th November 2021 and I have emailed them multiple time chasing them for updates. For them to tell me to go of my confirmation day which was the 3rd January 2022 for my delivery not arriving. So I emailed them asking what was happening for them to lie and tell me they sent me an out of stock email... which they didn't.
Now they are telling me I have to wait till the 1st of February. 😡 which that means I will have been waiting 3 months for this pram to come that I have paid nearly £500 for. I've even left them my details to give me a call back and they still haven't that was 2 weeks ago. The number that I have tried to ring again is no longer available!!
Has anyone had to wait this long for an order from online4baby?

Yep, the date of our travel system kept getting pushed back due to supply issues. I did get responses to my emails though asking for updates and they then called me to dicuss it and were great. It all got a bit confusing as the bundle got delivered in 3 lots rather than all in one go!

But ultimately, it all arrived in the end and was by far the best price by hundreds.

They are ignoring my emails. I haven't had a phone call they are blaming the covid pandemic we are in due to delay but surely not for 3 months... 🤔 it just would be nice for someone to get intouch so I know what's happening with my order. I had no problem with my nursery order that came within a week. But this is a joke waiting 3 months with no update on the oder.
Did you email them your number for them to call you?

I didn't no, they just called me after I emailed asking about my order. I will send you the number they called me from just in case you have any luck getting through to them there.
