Anyone else experienced this? Been told it is very normal. This is the first I've experienced this in early pregnancy. My stomach now feels rock hard with a stretching sensation along the sides... however I am not actually showing yet?

Totally normal!
There's all sorts going on inside your body right now.
Possibly have trapped wind? When I bloated I would lie flat for abit to get things moving, felt a lot more comfortable after.

Yep had it all through my second trimester. Looked 9 months pregnant in seconds. So uncomfortable. Was actually then worst part of pregnancy for me

Thanks both! Reassuring. I've just had a shower and feel a bit better but haven't had a chance to lay down yet.

@Bells3032 I look about 7 months pregnant already. Wonderful feeling really.

I have this too.

I'm 14 weeks and in the morning you'd never guess I'm pregnant but once I've eaten I look at least 6 months 😭 my stomach completely bloats out all the way up to my sternum.

ExpectingLady93 · 12/01/2022 22:12

@LeahPaige I forgot to mention I had actually just eaten so would make sense!!

Yup. Up until about 4 months I would look not pregnant in the morning and by early evening would look about 6 months pregnant!

I had it alot! I took rennie triple action that helped plus search on youtube pregnancy trapped wind relief . I did a few of those and helps release instantly. Drinking plain hot water also helps sometimes
