Very faint positive.

Hi, please can anyone help me. I took a pregnancy test yesterday evening and it came back positive- a very faint line. I then took a clearblue digital test today and it came out as not pregnant ( I’m not sure why) . I’m very concerned and worried I can’t stop thinking about it. I’ve had miscarriages in the past. My test lines have always been faint and I’ve always taken my first pregnancy test at around 3/4 weeks. I’m currently about 3/4 weeks and the lines very faint. I’ve had 4 faint positives. Can anyone help ???

Sorry for your losses. What brand were you getting the positives on?

Sometimes if you drink too much water before taking the test it doesn't show up. If this was the case with your 2nd test why dont you try another one first thing tomorrow morning? You might be too early for some tests to pick up. This happened with me and my second born. Now have a rambunctious 5 year old in my life

Then I also used clearblue and got not pregnant I’m about 4 weeks

I had a batch of one step cheapies from amazon which were duds. False positives and even when I was pregnant- too ages to come up and were incredibly faint. I too would do another tomorrow, because each brand can detect hCG to a different level. Best of luck

@JML001 I did a First response and mom med yesterday both faint positives. I did another first response yesterday which was another faint positive

@JML001 I did a test today which was positives but clear blue digital says not pregnant at 4 weeks

Digital tests are a lot less sensitive than the rest so your hCG may not be high enough yet xx

Yes that can be true but I am 4 weeks ?? So Is that normal??

I can't remember how many weeks I was but I remember the digital come back a lot later than the others. Xx

@Anama26017 the weeks don't matter, what matters is when you ovulated. So if you're not a sufficient amount of days post ovulation then the digital won't have picked up enough HCG yet to tell you you're pregnant.

@Jezabel2021 I did a clearblue not long ago and there is a faint line. Definitely there ! But still faint
