I might sound really stupid but when my baby is born I planned on putting her in baby grows until she's a few months.
Are baby grows and sleep suits the same thing?
Do I need to put vests under baby grows and sleep suits?
How many baby grows would you say I buy of the newborn size? Thank you :)

Yes, they're the same thing, and yes people tend to use a vest under them too. What time of year is your baby due? The weather makes a difference to how you dress them.

Yea they are the same and yes a vest underneath. It depends how often you will do your washing. I wash every day and had about three packs of the first size. They grow out of them quickly

I never bothered with newborn size but went straight for 0-3 months. Mine also had socks on under her sleep suit and a cardi on but she was born in the depths of winter so that might over kill for you.

I only bought a very few sleep suits on the basis that people give you clothes as presents and I figured if I needed more once I knew how big she was I could always order online and they could be delivered pretty quickly or send DH or my Mum out for some if I couldn't go myself.
