I’m 37 weeks pregnant baby number 5 and had the gutting phone call my grandad doesn’t have long left to live, I see him as a father figure and know how upset he is with potentially not seeing the baby. I’m absolutely heartbroken but I’m sure even sure it’s a option or not and looking for advice if anyone knows more xd
