Discharge vs Amniotic fluid

Hi girls, what's the best way to distinguish fluid & discharge? I'm currently getting milky discharge but then I also get liquid that's transparent. Not really sure when and when not to panic 🤦🏻‍♀️

You need to go to your maternity unit. They will test the discharge and let you know if its your waters or not.
