Hi all, I’m 8 weeks pregnant and feel like I’m already showing (I realise it’s just bloating but my stomach is huge I’m in joggers and leggings only!). The last couple of weeks I’ve had a couple of nauseas days but on the whole as long as I wake up early and eat and keep eating throughout the day I’m OK.
This week I’ve been constantly hungry and constantly eating though. Trying to be healthy but I’m so concerned I’m going to pile the weight on at this rate. I already gained 4 pounds over Christmas, I’m usually quite lean and 8.5 stone so it’s pretty obvious! Any tips??
