Diarrhea a week after c section - anyone ?

Having diarrhea and upset stomach a week after c section - could this still be from post birth stool softeners or hormonal starting breastfeeding ?

Was hoping to leave digestive issues from pregnancy behind !

I had this, it was the pain meds (specifically diclofenac) that were doing it. By that stage I was coping more than ok on paracetamol so the midwife said just to cut them out, at which stage all returned to normal.
