Am I just over thinking

Hi all, I'm pregnant with baby number 3 it was a surprise baby so am still getting over the shock. I am 6 weeks 5days at the 6 week mark I had 2 days of really bad nausea and then it disappeared should I be worried 😟.

It is hard not to worry but symptoms come and go. My nausea lasted to 9weeks but food aversion stayed throughout, just lessened a little towards the end!

5+4, absolutely the same with worry, had cramps from bfp which worried me, they dissappeared for 2 days which worried me, and now they're back, so obviously I'm worried again Totally normal for symptoms to come and go.

Thank you for replying I never worried at all with My first 2 I don't know why I am worrying so much this time round x
